not cosy, not brand new but cheap and unfriendly
good value for money
Hasi, the host had a very unfriendly approach to solve issues. He told us to leave the apartment at 8PM. This is outstanding !! Plus the WC door was knocking on the wall. There was only one fan for two bedrooms, couldn't sleep in 40C. The oven was full of grease drops, so when it got hot, smoke filled up the apartment so much that we had to escape.

Poorly maintained, different than advertised.
### TL;DR: Difficult check-in, rude host, and poorly maintained apartment Three of us stayed here for a weekend trip. Check-in took approximately an hour because the instructions for the self-check-in were incomplete. The host stated that he had attached a photo of the keybox containing the keys, but no photo was included in the email we received. We therefore had no idea what the keybox looked like or where to find it. When we contacted the host for help, he was rude and condescending, repeatedly refused to resend the photo, and unexpectedly hung up on us during the call. As a result, we spent around an hour outside trying to resolve the issue and missed our planned activities for the first day. The apartment was also in disappointing condition: * It did not look like the listing photos. * It was generally poorly maintained and not properly clean. * The toilet sink did not work. * The bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival. * Kitchen equipment was incomplete, including no proper knives. * The shower had visible mold. * The shower enclosure was not properly secured and the doors nearly came off when opened. * The apartment did not appear to have been properly prepared for three guests. Overall, the check-in experience and the condition of the apartment fell well below what we expected from the listing.

Lovely well equipped apartment, a great space for us as a couple. The hosts provided a fan to help us with the heat.
Being here during a heat wave and no air con. Doesn't feel brand new....a few fixes needed
