Location
There are a lot of rules for the apartment, where you need to enjoy during your stay. Also, the parking is free but, not so easy to find. Interesting there is no TV in the apartment.

Apartman je dosta veći nego na slikama. Ima sve što je potrebno za boravak sa malim detetom. Udobro, lepo sredjeno, ušaškan stan jako blizu centra, a daleko od buke. Domaćica Tea je bila tu za sve.
Ovaj apartman nema svoj parking već iza zgrade postoji parking koji je slobodan (ne plaća se), ali uglavnom nema slobodnog mesta posle podne. Ispred zgrade je zonirani parking i automati za naplatu. Tu je veća verovatnoća da se nadje mesto. Shodno ceni smeštaja koja je naplaćena, očekivali smo parking koji stoji u nazivu ovog apartmana.

Once you're in, it's a nice place
Very clean, good beds, good location
Very cumbersome to get access to. After the online checkin, the host granted access to a pdf having 30+ pages!! Everytime you opened a link of the PDF it was necessary to load the document again. That was very annoying. Furthermore the instruction said that it would be good to look at the videos to which access was granted as well. The first video showed a hand turning a key. The remaining ones I skipped... One room is very narrow, so that there are only 10cm between the foot-end of the (very comfortable) bed and the wall. If you want to open the window, you have the choice of jumping over the bed or squeeze in the narrow space. All in all, for one night it's ok

Lovely flat. Walking distance to everything. Great restaurants recommended by the hostess and they were all fabulous.

The first set of stairs are very old and uneven and rickety. There is a slightly better set a bit further down. A challenge if you have any mobility issues. The free parking behind the flat is hit and miss. When we arrived I drove around for a very long time until I got a park but a day later I went to bled and when I returned there were a few available. I also tried to check in a bit earlier but wasn’t able to.

Great base for exploring Ljubljana.
Location was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. Nice coffee/espresso maker and plenty of coffee provided. We didn't use the kitchen for anything other than that. Our host Tea was communicative and provided us with a pdf of full instructions for the apartment and recommendations for activities and food which we acted upon and fully enjoyed. We would stay here again!
Water pressure in the kitchen was weak and therefore hot water to the kitchen took a long time.
