    Von der Innenstadt und vom Bahnhof gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Geräumige Unterkunft. Schwierigkeiten mit Warmwasser / Elektrik wurden gelöst, jedoch unter Einbindung des Gastes, was den Aufenthalt belastet hat. Strassenlärm gut isoliert.

    Eingang zur Wohnung in einem nicht beleuchteten Durchgang, Schlüsselloch in der Tür ohne Taschenlampe fast nicht zu treffen. Sauberkeit und Helligkeit der Räume schlechter als auf den Bildern. Deutliche Gebrauchsspuren vorhanden und Spuren von sehr kalkhaltigem Wasser.
