  We enjoyed several aspects of the property. The location was great, the decor was lovely, and the off-street parking was excellent, as we never had any trouble finding a park. We also appreciated having a washing machine, heated towel rails for drying towels, and heat pumps, which were especially welcome as we arrived on a very hot day. The house has some great features and a lot of potential. That being said, the location, decor, parking and extra amenities are definite positives. With more attention to detail, particularly with the cleaning and presentation, I genuinely believe this property could become a real hot spot on the map in Christchurch. It has so much potential, and I hope this feedback is helpful in making an already promising property even better for future guests. 😊

  Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment for us was the overall cleanliness of the house on arrival. There were quite a few areas that made us feel the property hadn't been thoroughly cleaned and checked before our stay. The floors were dusty and dirty, with what looked like leaves and other debris that had blown in from outside. The TV was extremely dusty, and there were hair and crumbs on the couch. In the kitchen, some of the cutlery and mugs appeared to have been used and put back into the cupboards without being properly washed. The black soap dispenser was also extremely dirty. There were noticeable fingerprints, oily marks and smudges on the kitchen cupboard doors, as well as fingerprints all over the downstairs glass doors and windows. These are high-touch and highly visible areas that would benefit from being wiped down carefully as part of the cleaning process between guests. The towels didn't appear fresh and looked as though they may have been used by previous guests and put back into the cupboard. We also found hair in various areas throughout the house, including long, jet-black hair, which no one in our family has. There was grass on the bedding covers, and the toilet did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival, as it looked as though it may have been used by someone before us. Another thing we noticed was that, although the property is advertised as accommodating four people, there weren't enough large plates for everyone. Having sufficient clean kitchen essentials for the advertised number of guests would be a worthwhile improvement. I wanted to share this feedback constructively, as I genuinely believe the property has the potential to be something special. I also run a small cleaning business, so I understand the importance of preparing a property properly between guests and how much the little details can influence someone's overall experience.

  The room is comfortable and clean with all the equipment you need, including kitchen appliances, washing machine. We had a try with electric scooter. The bed is comfortable with two separate bath room, which is very convenient.

  The only little issue is parking on the road, most nights off road parking has been taken, we have to park a little further on the other side.
