  Worst stay ever. Have stayed in far better for less than half the price.

  Close to Etihad Owner let us enter the house 30 mins early.

  Stayed there 3 years ago for a concert. While the stay was ok then I highlighted two safety issues. While looking for a place to stay after a concert again I thought I might as well stay there again. Unfortunately I didn’t read recent reviews. The property was in a dreadful state. The two safety concerns I raised 3 years ago have not been addressed. 1-exposed copper wire from the cooker into switched socket. Wire should be fully enclosed in grey protective flex & into socket. When I checked feedback after our stay I found negative reviews about the same thing at least 18 months after our stay. All they have done is splashed some silicone sealant over the exposed wire which is not safe, see pics. 2-There was a dirty, open power socket in the front room. The hole is big enough fora child to put their fingers in. I was astonished to see it is in the exact same dirty open state after over 3 years. See pics. 3- biggest issue. There is no key for the back door. Of there was a fire in the front room anyone in the house would be trapped inside the house. Front door blocked by fire, back door locked & all windows inaccessible to the outside. I have reported these safety concerns to booking.com 4-Loose/badly repaired stairs carpet. Many negative reviews about this. Very bad repair. Carpet still loose in places. See pics. 5-whole right side of sofa completely broken off. According to feedback they knew about this at least 3 weeks before we arrived. Made sitting in front room uncomfortable & in usable. See pics. 6-washing machine door locked with something inside so unusable. 7-dirt in bath. Dirt on side of bath. See pics. 8-nearly all house skanky dirty. Every single skirting board covered in hair & dust. Cupboards dirty, table cover dirty, everything filthy. See numerous pics. 9-signs of damp/salt damage very poor repairs. Kitchen closet smells of damp. All house repairs are just slop white paint/sealant over it.

  Great location easy to find little shop next door okay for the One night

  Great location . Ten mins walk to stadium Had all the white goods etc Great comms from host

  Stairs need re carpet. No bed fell apart No back door key No shower curtain Whilst the above are very minor, they do need addressing.

  Definitely would stay again but little adjustments could be done

  The bed was comfortable and a great location

  The sofa arm was broken and came apart. The carpet on the stairs wasnt fitted tidy.

  Great location

  Need a lick of paint here and there, bathroom needs a shower curtain or something. Yes it is two bedrooms but one room has a double & a single bed. And other room only has single. Quite misleading if traveling as two couples.

  Beds were very comfortable except sofa bed. It was very old and tricky to make it flat !

  There is a locked door from bathroom which probably leads to loft room. It's bit scary without knowing what is inside there.
