    Lovely cottage in perfect location for our course in West Dean.

    Cottage was lovely but we’d hoped to watch football on tv but there were no instructions so we missed the semi final.

    On our last night I think a fuse blew and there was no way of accessing a fuse box so we had very little electricity apart from a bedside light in one bedroom. Although I contacted the holiday company, fresh air holidays, I did not hear back. The other issue we had was that the kitchen tap had a worn washer on the spout and every time you turn the tap on the water would hit the ceiling, making it very difficult to use the kitchen sink.

    A lovely comfortable cottage but beware the TV only works on one channnel.

    The cottage was well presented, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

    We couldn't get the TV to work and there were no manuals left to help.We eventually found out from neighbours that the signal was very weak in the area. It would be helpful to let prospective holiday makers know this before booking.

    Met all our expectations

    Just about perfect compared with others we've stayed in over the years

    The key box was difficult to open. All the information we were given about the property was sent to us by email; some was hard to access. It would have been great to have some sort of a hard copy document in the house, outlining details, such as how to use the coffee machine and to tell us not to try to open the fridge door for a few minutes after it had been open before. Info about local amenities, such as pubs, restaurants and shops would have been very welcome. But overall it was really good.
