Lovely quiet location with easy free parking outside with nearby shop and pub.

Lovely quiet location with easy free parking outside with nearby shop and pub. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with good shower. Excellent facilities in kitchen although we didn't need to use them. Would definitely go back and would recommend to others.

Would have been nice to have been able to open bedroom window at night but no key available/handle not functioning, could be potential risk in event of a fire if unable to exit via window.

It was very clean. Heating & water good. TV worked.

Light's too dim! Couldn't see much. Advert did not reflect this! It showed good lighting. Not good with poor eyesight. Stairs were not mentioned in advert & were very steep. I'm disabled, non- wheelchair user thankfully. Single beds comfortable, but very rickety, & one headboard not fixed properly. Lighting too dim to apply makeup etc. The price is way to expensive for what the property offers, & it's very cheeky to ask customers to strip their own beds before leaving! Don't mind doing bins or putting towels in the bath/shower. I have never been asked to strip beds wherever I've stayed before, especially having to leave by 10am as well.

Served the purpose for our trip.

It was a cosy cottage. Location was perfect for our trip. Was able to park free outside on road but pot luck.Good cooking facilities. Nice furnishings.

Property was right on the pavement. People walking by outside windows all the time so kept blinds shut. You don't know this until you get the address after booking. Traffic thundering by all night. Sounded like farm machinery. Disturbed sleep. Cottage a lot smaller than impression photos give. 2nd bedroom the width and length of 2 beds. Main bedroom good size. Step down into bedroom, no warning. Had to remain alert to it especially during night. House advertised as apartment- minor thing but needs amending. Not amazingly clean. Cobwebs, bread left in bread bin. Didn't smell clean on arrival. Dirty cutlery (I would always re-wash everything anyway) and tissues on floor behind bin in bedroom. Streaks down oven door. Brambles in back seating area around wall. 'Welcome basket' was a large shopping basket with a few sachets and biscuit packets thrown in. Message from owner said fire would be set but wasn't. Very dark for reading though lots of large side lamps. Although it is summer it was cool inside. Note on table requests you to strip beds. Shouldn't have to for price paid. Very overpriced for what and where it was. Not the fault of the property but Fish and Chip shop was not open when said it was. One Stop shop in village very expensive. Pubs close really early 9pm if they open at all. Not every night so don't go thinking the village has all the facilities listed, it doesn't!
