Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral am Tor zur Altstadt. Alle Highlights sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat auf Nachfragen sehr schnell geantwortet.

Современные стильные апартаменты в самом центре
Современная квартира с отличным ремонтом на высоком этаже на границе старого города. Все туристические достопримечательности начинаются прямо у входа в дом. Крутой хозяин, всегда на связи, быстро отвечал на все вопросы и скидывал фото-инструкции. Квартира выходит на северную сторону - тень и прохлада даже в жаркий день. Прямо под окнами ходит трамвайчик - можно смотреть, как на рельсах спят толстые собаки, а он их разгоняет!
Холодно. Отдыхали в ноябре, днём +22..26, ночью +14..16. Почти каждый вечер или ночь включали кондиционер на обогрев. Вид из окон почти никуда не ведёт, смотреть не на что, жалюзи всё время закрыты. Под окнами очень много увеселительных заведений, шумят до 1-2ч ночи. Ближайший крупный сетевой магазин (Мигрос) в 600м, ничего приличного ближе - нет. Грязный подъезд, кошки гадят прямо на ступеньки, осторожно!

Very nice and cosy flat with small design details and fireplace and spectacular view. Nice kitchen with big refrigerator, a separate laundry room and shatters on all windows and balcony.
Only four small points: - No cheap or free beaches nearby. But there is nice Mermerli beach (too expensive for everyday) or a 15-min old tram to Konyalti beach - The big shower head is deformed (it works but not very convenient), better to install a speacial holder to the small head. - The elevator is very poor, there were several times when it was broken - The cafes on the first floor have cockroaches and you may meet them while going upstairs
