    Unclean.

    Great Location.

    Dirty. Black mold in the shower that is accompanied by musty smell. Stained bedding & hair clumps in the sheets.

    Расположение. Всё было в пешей доступности. Тихий район. За отдельную плату мы смогли заселиться раньше.

    На фото выглядело очень чисто и комфортно, но к сожалению это не так. Нам за отдельную плату разрешили заселиться раньше (за что отдельное спасибо) Но в квартире оказалось очень сыро и не комфортно. Постель была просто не застелена, было такое впечатление что кто-то только что с неё встал. Бельё было мятим и на вид не свежим. Ванная комната была чистой, но к сожалению на потолке была плесень. Кухня - это шок. Чайник не отключается сам, тостер просто не рабочий (для чего он там стоит, не понятно) не было элементарного, даже мочалок для мытья посуды. Кухня очень грязная. ОЧЕНЬ!!! К сожалению не было предусмотрено что туристы из других стран не имеют переходники для розеток и та что была в наличии нам не подошла, пришлось покупать новую (хотя мы написали об этом владельцу) Не рекомендую!

    Tolle Wohung in zentraler, ruhiger Lage

    Gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage, super Bus- und Bahnanbindung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Die Größe der Wohnung. Ruhige Wohnlage. Die Wohnung hatte an Ausstattung eigentlich alles was man braucht. Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Kontakt zur Vermieterin, wenn auch nur schriftlich war sehr nett und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Wohnung war bis auf Kleinigkeiten in der Küche sauber.

    Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten die uns nicht so gefallen haben: Die beschriebene Terrasse war etwas zugewachsen. Geschirr, Backofen und Kaffeemaschine hätten sauberer sein können. Dem Bad sieht man das Alter und die Feuchtigkeit leider sehr an. Kleiner Tipp: ein Couchtisch vor dem Sofa wäre toll.
