The location, and beautiful nature around. Nice building nice area the place isn't bad, but the host is very bad. Isn't good for a business.
The host didn't care about how it was super freezing crazy cold inside the heating doesn't work I even sent him / her a message about it, but host didn't care about it. The apartment isn't for kids aren't welcome because that sofa bed isn't a sofa bed it is so short and so uncomfortable very hard all my body hurts because of it. The blanket isn't thick enough to safe you from cold. My kids and I didn't sleep well at all we had a very terrible night, and I even turned on the kitchen electrics cooker to warm up the room a bit. I demand some of refund coz the cold room bad night or bed that make us sick catch the cold ❄️🤒😡😡 that host needs to be arrested or kick off in booking.com 😡😡 I'm going report that host.

Very secure, safe and cosy. Everything needed was provided for, the apartment was clean, tidy and very homely. Me and my Fiancée had a lovely time, thank you so much for the effort. The price paid for the comfort was amazing.
We are sorry if we inconvenienced you in any way at all.

Excellent location & parking, but cleanliness, comfort & maintenance issues affected my overall stay
The location was excellent, and the free parking was a real bonus. The host was responsive throughout my stay and receptive to constructive feedback regarding some maintenance issues. When I reported that the radiators were not working due to a faulty TRV (Thermostatic Radiator Valve) head, the host arranged for a plumber promptly and the issue was resolved during my stay. I appreciated the host's willingness to address concerns quickly.
Unfortunately, the property did not match my expectations based on the listing. On arrival, it appeared somewhat tired and in need of general maintenance and refurbishment. Cleanliness could also be improved, as I noticed cobwebs on the bathroom extractor fan, which suggested that some areas were being overlooked during cleaning. The bed was the biggest disappointment for me. The mattress felt very soft and worn, the duvet was quite thin, and the bedding and pillows appeared old and lacked comfort. As I was staying for work, I chose to remain at the property, but I did not find the sleeping arrangements particularly comfortable. There were also issues with the bathroom. Water regularly accumulated on the floor after showering, requiring additional towels. This seemed to be the result of poor workmanship rather than a maintenance issue and may continue to affect future guests if not addressed. While the location is excellent and the host was responsive, the property would benefit significantly from investment in maintenance, updated furnishings, improved bedding, and a general refresh. I hope the feedback provided is taken on board, as the property has potential, but unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again.
