  Estuvo bueno!

  Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación súper céntrica, realmente inmejorable. También la cocina está muy bien equipada, aunque personalmente no llegué a usarla.

  Como punto negativo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, así que no pude usarlo. De todas formas, estuve muy poco tiempo y estoy segura de que, si lo hubiera comunicado, el host habría hecho todo lo posible por solucionarlo

  THEFT in the flat:My cash was stolen without sign of forced entry. Unsafe equipment and property

  THEFT! what I liked about this apartment overshadowed the fact that My cash was stolen from the apartment with no sign of forced entry and with defective equipment in the apartment that was a rist to safety.

  THEFT! This was the first time in years after using Booking.com and visiting Málaga that I have had such a distressing experience. During my stay, cash was stolen from the apartment despite there being no signs of forced entry. Throughout the week, workers were carrying out noisy work in the building, and one of the apartment windows did not lock properly, making it easy to open from the outside and being observed from outisde. I reported the defective window, but my concerns were ignored, which left me feeling that the property was not adequately secure. What made the experience even worse was the way it was handled afterwards. Following the theft, I received very little support or reassurance from the landlord. No additional security measures were offered despite my concerns, and my request for a refund was refused ; made because I no longer felt safe, had to spend time at the police station, and had to pay for alternative accommodation; without forgetting thousands of euros of my cash gone. Instead of showing empathy, the communication focused on increasingly shorter response deadlines while dismissing my concerns, which I found extremely upsetting. I requested my full week refund; he refused and proposed 3 days refund (time left in flat), I had 1.5hours to reply before it became 2 days then one day; i was put on a countdown. The theft itself was traumatic, dealing with the aftermath was psychological torture with feeling someone could come inside the flat at any point; but the lack of support and professionalism afterwards made the situation significantly more difficult. This is an Unsafe property with no accountability and responsibility in handling serious incidents. Until now I have had no response to my questions.
