    Cheap, tired, messy, poor facilities, overpriced

    The location was decent

    What can I say, it’s basically a tiny annex built on top of the roof of an old building. There is old furniture outside just left out in the rain such as a mattress, the atrium is some weird corridor exposed to the elements, it’s filthy and in dire state of repair. The apartment itself is shabby, the shower pressure is akin to an old man spitting on you, the towels are the size of flannels, the walls are damaged, the window in the bathroom is completely broken. Check in is at 3pm but checkout time is 10am?? They agreed to an earlier check in of 2pm but still that’s a large disconnect in terms of timing. For the money I would have been far better off in a Premier Inn. Shocking and extortionately priced to stay in this mediocre Wendy House for two days…

    General location was good, and great to have all facilties eg washing machine, fridge freezer, oven.

    Entrance to property is quite strange, walking through an apartment block to get to property. Entrance hallway quite unloved. I had no hot water until contacting the property who told me how to switch it on, both sink plugs were not functional, the outside lights didn't work which is quite dodgy as there is a small step on the outside and small step on the inside which I couldn't see so tripped down. Although clean, there are lots of marks inside the property. Not sure I'd stay again.
