    Nice room, comfortable bed, lots of snacks and nice things to prepare breakfast. Microwave in addition to kettle was very useful.

    Bathroom had a bit of unpleasant smell coming from the piping system though everything was very clean. Next to a busy road, gets a bit noisy in the morning.

    Very much liked, I was late, but Lois waited. Everything was there for me, which was great after a long journey. I was left to my own devices, for which I was grateful. Lois helped me find a book shop, and was ready with advice as required. An escape from the hubbub of South London was very therapeutic.

    Nothing. It was like a secret bolthole, which was exactly what I need.
