    Really good

    Very comfortable, clean and quiet rooms that are excellent after a day on the coast to coast. Incredible common areas for cooking (shared kitchen), eating and sitting. Everything recently updated. Nice breakfast provided. Staff friendly and helpful. It's a cross between a hostel (shared kitchen and common areas) and a B and B. Frozen meals sold if you don't want to shop for groceries. Easy walk from Osmotherly.

    Perfect location for the Cleveland Way

    Still got a hostel feel but definitely upgraded! Very clean and comfortable, super helpful staff and loads of hot water! Great to have the use of a kitchen too.

    Very nice building and new renovation from a dorm to B&B. Rooms are a bit utilitarian but well done. The frozen meal options work well but are not fancy. Good option if hiking.

    No restaurants nearby if you don’t want the frozen options.
