    General cleanliness of the apartment, the sofa being excessively dirty, failure to remove trash from the unit, and difficulty in reaching the housekeeping service.

    Great location, poor quality beds.

    Location was great, good size property.

    Mattresses were extremely thin and cheap quality. 1 towel for 2 adults. Property could do with an overhaul, felt a bit grubby.
