    Thought there would be a welcome pack as said on booking.com but didnt seem to be one apart from.a loaf of bread.

    Fantastic! Would definitely recommend for any family stays.

    The location was perfect - a short walk to the main village area. The house was very roomy and well maintained. And everything that was advertised was there - 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths which was perfect for our group of 2 couples and 2 singles.

    A Cotswold gem

    We recently stayed here for a few days and couldn't have asked for a better base to explore Bourton-on-the-Water. The property is spotlessly clean, wonderfully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay. Its location is hard to beat—quiet and relaxing, yet just a short, pleasant stroll to the streams, local bakeries, and tearooms. Returning to such a cozy and welcoming space after a full day of walking was an absolute treat. Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish, with clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home.     We made some amazing memories staying in the house, just a stone's throw away from the main stream running through B

    The property was in an amazing position and had a lovely garden to enjoy, there were 8 of us ladies and it was just a great space for us all to enjoy
