    Good location for visiting Rehoboth and Lewes

    The house is clean, well appointed and spacious. The loft bedrooms were a little hot when we arrived but the mini split systems cooled them down. We enjoyed the pool and playground within the complex.

    The shed lock was a little confusing, we all hit our heads on the left loft stairs and one bathroom was sometimes a challenge with six of us in the house. The left loft stairs are open so I would recommend caution for families with toddlers.

    A relaxing getaway close to the beach, but away from the hustle and bustle.

    The quiet neighborhood, the thoughtfulness of the owner, providing bikes, the comfortable beds, linens being provided, how quickly the owner responded to questions.

    Wonderful stay

    We had a wonderful stay at this house and truly enjoyed our vacation. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was excellent. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host was friendly and responsive.

    I would have preferred a comfortable stay at a hotel with a decent mattress!

    Neighborhood and HOA amenities were nice

    Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Yard was overgrown upon arrival, porch was peeling paint and there was no cable tv as advertised
