It is close to the road
The house is very neglected, there were cockroaches in the pool. The jacuzzi doesn't work and is dirty, the mosquito and fly nets are torn and the whole house is filled with insects, dirty towels, no air conditioning at all. The garden chairs are torn and you can't sit on them.

It's a beautiful and spacious house with everything you need. The backyard is big and beautiful with a pool which my kids loved. We loved it!
We were pleased with everything

Great house with an amazing backyard and incredible hosts
We had a wonderful stay at Cottage by the River. The owners were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive, always available to help with every little request. The backyard is truly amazing, especially for families, with a pool, hot tub, games for the kids, a lovely deck and a fire pit that makes the evenings feel very special. The house itself is beautifully renovated, stylish, comfortable, and extremely well equipped with everything you could need. A beautiful place to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and spend quality time together. Highly recommended!
