Cottage is fine, but setting is uncomfortable.

    Relatively clean and spacious inside

No directions or instructions and poor cell reception made it very hard to find. It is a small cottage on a hill facing the owners cottage, which is your “view” from every window. Drive there is difficult. Owners son started rebuilding a car in driveway at night with power tools, it was loud. Windows were locked open, not provided key to unlock and close them. So cold and bugs came and went freely.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cottage at the Dublin Mountain! 🏡⛰️ The cottage was spotless, cosy and had everything we needed. The view of the mountains right outside the cottage was absolutely fabulous. Waking up to that view was pretty special! 😍 An added bonus to our trip was Flint the dog! 🐕 He was such a lovely character and definitely became one of our favourite parts of the stay ❤️ Myles was so friendly and came to greet us when we arrived. He also gave us some great suggestions of places to visit, including Glendalough, which was absolutely stunning and well worth the trip. We felt so welcome and really enjoyed our time here. If you love the countryside, beautiful views and dogs, you HAVE to stay here! 🐕⛰️🏡 We would absolutely not hesitate to come back. Thank you, Myles, for such a lovely stay! 😊

We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great property.

This is a beautiful property! The kitchen is well stocked, loads of hot water, good shower and beds. We only met the host but they were very accessible if needed. Communication was seamless.

It’s not that we didn’t like it however this property is a way out of Dublin.
