Comfortable cottage in great location, excellent value for money
The cottage was clean and a good size for four of us. It’s in a great location within easy walking distance of the town centre
The shower isn’t great as not much water pressure but was fine for one night

We were not given the code to get into the property beforehand and we had to phone an international number to sort out the problem. This cost us £13.05 extra, plus we thought we had been scammed at first and this caused alot of worry until we had it sorted out. I use Booking.Com often and have not had a problem before, I do not find it acceptable, I think there should be a contact on a UK number to sort out any problems. Please can we be reimbursed the extra charges
