    Leuke locatie met zwembad

    Gelegen vlakbij het centrum van Kortrijk en toch een zeer ruim terras en verwarmd zwembad. Comfortabele bedden, mooie badkamer. Vriendelijke (interim) host.

    Wunderbar

    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Cottage ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Bei uns blieben keine Wünsche offen. Zu erwähnen ist noch der private Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, was sehr komfortabel ist.

    Lovely peaceful location. We were lucky enough to stay there when the other property was unoccupied, so we basically had the whole courtyard and pool to ourselves, which was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked perfectly. There was free access to a utility area with a washing machine and dryer. Easy walking or cycling distance to the centre of Kortrijk which is a very pleasant town. Handy supermarket located just at the end of the street. Easy access to some superb cycling routes. Download the Nodemapp app to help with navigating. Philippe and Christiane, the hosts, are both lovely friendly people and were happy to help with any queries. They have put together a comprehensive booklet of local information and instructions for the various household appliances which was really useful. Thank you to them.

    We found the automatic light in the hallway and toilet a bit irritating at night times and would have liked a way to override the sensor manually. Be aware that each of the two bedrooms has its own shower and basin, but there's only one toilet, which is separate. We stayed during a heatwave and just about coped at night times as we'd brought our own fans. It was exceptional weather but as we seem to be getting more of that these days, it would be great if a couple of decent fans or evaporative coolers could be provided in the property.
