  Inconvenient location and poor amenities.

  Spacious property, beds were comfortable but creaky.

  Location appears great because it’s technically a 15 min walk to the centre of Bellagio but it’s a horrendous walk and and down a rocky hill to get to the property. On each way to and from the property, you have to walk up and then down this rocky stairway with ~100 steps. Not suitable for older people, or those with kids or lots of luggage. Property owner also didn’t provide any shampoo, which was highly inconvenient when you first arrive. When we asked for shampoo, we were told it’s not part of the amenities. Shampoo is very standard at every hotel and holiday properties. But they had provided us a food processor, trays to carry our plates and a cheese grater as part of the amenities - hardly useful. Not worth the price we paid.

  Vivere un posto eccezionale come Bellagio e il Balbianello e godere di tranquillità e silenzio.

  Il cottage è situato nel borgo dei pescatori non direttamente sul lago, ma a pochi metri, la privacy era garantita da un piccolo giardino/prato verde, si poteva pranzare all'aperto, il silenzio e la pace erano garantiti e così il riposo.

  La dotazione era buona, potrei suggerire un fornetto o micro onde per scaldare le colazioni anche se la piastra ad induzione suppliva egregggiamente alla necessità.
