    Perfect countryside home with all mod cons and wonderful walks in the woods

    Such a beautiful peaceful place and a perfect little home from home. Placed perfectly for walks at Devils Dyke and trips to Brighton. Sooooo relaxing

    Overall, it’s very satisfactory, it’s got everything we need for a pleasant stay.

    Very peaceful and quiet surroundings, pristinely clean, modern facilities, en-suite bathroom in both rooms.

    The bed frame in the twin-bed room is quite hazardous. The mattress is smaller than the bed frame so the corners are protruding. Not seeing it because it’s concealed by the bed spread, I bumped my leg into it so hard I got a bruise. It’s very remote, far from commercial establishments but we won’t take it against the property. It’s the nearest and nicest available at a busy time because of the Big Church Festival in Wiston Estate and we were glad to have found it. It’s perfect for those who are looking for some peace and quiet.

    Could have done with a trellis screen between cottage 1 and 2 in the rear garden. mainly for privacy for cottage 2.Otherwise perfect
