Guests are kindly requested to book the spa treatments in advance. Please note that the property consists of 4 buildings and some areas might be located in a different building. Pets are allowed only after prior confirmation by the property and only in Standard room type. Please note that for a small dog there is an extra charge of PLN 50 per night, while for a large dog (over 12 in) there is an extra charge of PLN 70 per night. The pet fee for a cat or other small pets is of PLN 50 per night. Please note that bathrobes can be provided upon request and at an additional cost of PLN 20. If a VAT invoice is required, please submit all details for issue with the taxpayer number. In case of incomplete data a personal bill will be issued without further option for a VAT invoice. The hotel reserves the right to verify the age of the child upon check-in. Please note that city tax is paid on side, in cash.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
