Overrated
The cabin looks very cute and rustic. It's nice and warm and the beds are comfy. The owner was very communicative.
There's very little in the way of communal space, just one 2 seater sofa. One of the bedrooms is upstairs and is open so there is no privacy for whoever is up there. However the main thing was all the instructions and rules plastered all over the place. I'm sure this is a result of having a bad experience but they made us feel very unwelcome and like we had/were going to do something naughty. Also very close to a road which is never quiet.

Truly, a class act that more than exceeded our expectations and needs.
Loft was charming, though we chose to sleep in main floor bedroom for mobility ease. Kitchen was efficient, daringly curated for short- or long-term guests, with roomy fridge, oven, and fully stocked drawers and cupboards. We were surprised at how quiet it was in and outside the cabin, given proximity to the highway. Very easy to find (excellent directions and cabin info provided, so we were prepared). Best night sky! Lovely bathroom outfitted with everything we needed... and more. A convenient place for local and nearby hiking and walking (e.g., Mount Robson). A true breath of fresh air after a long day's drive. Highly recommended!
Could use a more comfortable couch and TV placed lower on wall. And maybe some TV instructions. (But I have to look at my car manual to change the clock and don't watch TV much, anyway.) And who comes to a beautiful cabin in beautiful environs to watch TV anyway?
