    Quiet, nostalgic, genuine old style country living

    It was an unreasonably cold night and being an old cottage with old heating, it was quite a cold sleep

    I had a lovely stay and the owner was very helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable.

    Very easy as keys in keybox with code issued in an email a few days before arrival

    Although, I didn't use the kitchen much, the kitchen area was a little tired. The cabinets had started to peel round the edges of the doors and were grubby. The hotplate had a large chip in it and the microwave handle was broken but still usable. The wifi was hit and miss. They had just swapped suppliers so not sure if this had a bearing.
