Not recommending to stay in this property
Location was pretty good
There were no blankets and sheets. The property was not clean, a lot of dusts, the floors were not mopped. Food utensils and plates needed to be washed before using them.

Alles im allem gut
Geräumige, sehr ruhige Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern und Wohnküche-Esszimmer und 1 Bad. Klimaanlage lief in den Schlafzimmern sehr gut. Waschbecken lief nicht ab, wurde nach Anruf sofort behoben.
1) Die Küchen-Ausstattung war etwas dürftig. Da wir es aber wussten haben wir einiges mitgenommen. 2) Es sind in der Wohnung 3 Eimer für Abfälle: Restmüll, Plastik und Papier. Es gab keinerlei Informationen hinsichtlich der Mülleimer, wo volle Tüten gesammelt werden. Wir haben alles abgesucht und nichts gefunden und schließlich einfach im Hof abgestellt. 3) Der WC-Sitz war locker 4) Die Klimaanlage für Wohnküche-Esszimmer war unterdimensioiert

Le calme, la vue, la maison. La proximité de Côme et du lac
Manque un peu d'équipements cuisine (casseroles, essoreuse à salade.) Une petite table basse devant le canapé serait un plus.
