  Meraviglioso

  La casa è una piccola dependance molto curata e fornita di ogni cosa possibile per godere di ogni comodità. Bagno moderno con doccia ampia e comoda. Al nostro arrivo i proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare acqua fresca, delle bevande, del vino e le prime necessità per cucinare. Anche il bagno era fornito di tutti i prodotti necessari per l'igiene: bagno schiuma e shampoo monodose come anche dentifricio e sapone per le mani. A disposizione anche doppio cambio di asciugamani e lenzuola! La casa è condizionata, con zanzariere e provvista di vari prodotti anti zanzare a disposizione dell'ospite. Il giardino della casa (che è adiacente a quella dei proprietari ) è meraviglioso: già solo la pace di quel luogo vale devvero la pena! I padroni hanno due cagnoloni bellissimi e giocherelloni con le persone; purtroppo non andavano d'accordo con la nostra cagnolona, ma i proprietari sono stati fantastici : i nostri cani non hanno mai avuto modo di incontrarsi e la nostra cagnolona ha goduto della massima libertà possibile. Davvero gentilissimi! A tutto ciò si aggiunge la discrezione assoluta dei proprietari che ci hanno fatto godere a pieno della nostra privacy, ma che contemporaneamente sono stati disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta o necessità di informazione. La piscina è davvero un angolo di relax impagabile : sempre pulita e contornata da un  giardino come già detto meraviglioso. La piscina ha degli orari perché necessita di manutenzione per essere curata così bene, ma i proprietari sono molto disponibili anche sugli orari mettendosi d'accordo con loro. Parcheggio gratuito interno. 10 minuti di macchina dalla prima spiaggia, 15 da Noto. Che dire... Consigliatissimo! 

  Forse unica pecca, ma è una questione di abitudini, il letto un po' morbido.

  Really nice for a quick stay

  The house was very cute and confortable for a quick stay (3 nights). The localisation is nice to be quiet and close to a main road. There are many places to visit around this house. It is a strategic location. The host sent us plenty of suggestions and there are very nice to enjoy this area. We have our own entrance so we can be independent.

  The swimming pool is not really “exclusive”. It is in the garden of the host and there are schedules to go in (9h30 - 13h30 and 15h30 - 19h30). Is was not mentioned in booking and we were really disappointed about that. You can forget an evening enjoying the pool. The house is small and there is no sofa to stay inside when the weather is to warm outside : just kitchen and bedroom.

  We had a truly wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Francesco and Margherita are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming hosts. During our trip we had an unexpected problem with our rental car, and they generously offered their help, even sacrificing their own personal time. We are truly grateful for their kindness and support. The cottage is absolutely charming and looks exactly like the photos. Everything is beautifully maintained, and the garden creates a unique, peaceful atmosphere where it is easy to relax and unwind. The location is excellent. Every day we visited a different beach, with the furthest one being only about a 30-minute drive away. The nearest supermarkets are around 5 minutes away by car, Avola is just 6 minutes away, and the beautiful baroque town of Noto can be reached in about 15 minutes. The interior of the house was comfortable, spotless, and fully met our expectations. We felt at home from the very beginning. This is one of those special places you want to return to. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay in Sicily, and we sincerely hope to come back one day.

  Duże rozczarowanie

  The house has an amazing location, surrounded by a lemon grove. Beautiful views and a cozy pool. The grounds around the house and garden are well-maintained, reflecting the Sicilian atmosphere. It's atmospheric. The house has the feel of a Sicilian village. Gifts from the owners included fruit and cake, for which we were grateful. Welcome wine. The location requires a car.

  The house isn't self-contained (perhaps this isn't clearly described in the listing). It's a small cottage attached to the owner's house. Besides the owner and his guests, during our 12-day stay, there was ongoing work: trees were being cut down with heavy machinery, gardening was being done, cleaning was being done, and garden lights were being replaced. This was done by strangers. This completely ruined our comfort and relaxation. Using the pool (only during certain hours, because the owner sleeps during the day!) while strangers stand nearby and watch is unpleasant! And it doesn't allow for any freedom! The cleanliness of the house also left something to be desired (dirty dishes, a used kitchen sponge, etc.). However, the worst was when two dogs (a pit bull terrier! Yes, there are two on the property) knocked down our six-year-old son and continued jumping on him. A knee and elbow injury is one thing, but the child was terrified and afraid to leave the house. Dogs locked in a kennel all day (a horror in these temperatures) are completely unruly when let out! We were informed that they were let out because we left and returned home too soon. I am very disappointed with this place. We had three houses during our vacation in Sicily, and this one was the worst! It seemed like a courtesy, but I feel completely different. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place. We were very disappointed! For us, it was a complete lack of freedom and comfort, relaxation, and ultimately, a danger to the child. We have been to various parts of the world, and this is the first time we have had such a bad experience.
