Very comfortable and enjoyable to stay at.

Location was great. We did not use the breakfast because we have a special breakfast restaurant we have been going to when we stop at Big Rapids.

    Everything was really very good.

    Not how I remember it

The staff was friendly. Had an issue with my check in but she took care of it.

I was supposed to receive 5%cash back with my Marathon app and never received it. I can only guess it's because of the issue she had at check in. I was actually very surprised at how dated everything was. I remember when a katheryn wildermuth use to run it and it was absolutely gorgeous. She kept a very nice well kept building. Sad to see it take such a dramatic turn.
