    The breakfast had decent options

    The beds were hard like sleeping on a commercial couch. The drinking water is only available in the gym for folks, which was on the opposite side of the hotel from my room; a staff member had to tell me it was there and give directions. The floors in the dining area were sticky one of the days I was there, the construction of the rooms was janky (offcenter plumbing, cutting off some of the lightswitch plate becaude the trim was the wrong size). Overall sucked.

    COLD pool! 🥶 It would be great if you put a Bathroom lighted/expandale mirror —-on side wall! For us ladies over 55!!! Then I’d for sure fine a 10/10!!

    Perfect Location for Mall of America

    The front desk staff were extremely friendly. Check in and check out was fast and efficient. The elevators were pretty fast. The lobby was clean. The mattress was comfortable. I especially liked the attached IHOP and Friday's, and the mall being conveniently located across the road.

    The thermostat in the rooms were locked to a certain temperature (68-73 degrees). We were freezing, and couldn't get the heat to turn on at night. The air conditioner kept turning on, making our stay especially uncomfortable. I also didn't like the small bed pillows.
