Friendly staff but
The location.
We were placed in a non-smoking room that smelled strongly of smoke. We were thankfully offered a new room, upon request, which smelled better. The room, however, was incredibly cold, sterile, grey, and inviting. The flooring was grey and cold underfoot. The beds were squeaky, the pull out couch/bed bedding was stained. The mattress itself was so thin, our children could feel the metal bars underneath. The LED lighting made the room feel like a medical facility, not a place to lie your head down after a long day. We were really disappointed with our experience here and won’t choose to stay again.

朝ごはんに炊き立てのお米が食べられ、インスタントのお味噌汁の素もあり、日本人にはとても良いホテルでした。熱いお湯も常に用意されているので、持ってきたカップラーメンもいつでも作れます。ほかの宿では食事をする場所が開いていないとお湯が無かったり、各部屋にあるコーヒーマシンで少しづつお湯を沸かすことになり悲惨です
