Drive in fast, leave faster and never repeat
Bed was broken, carpet was so dirty it left residue on my feet, toilet ran water constantly. The room seemed used not tidy . Kitchen was so dirty trash over flowing and slop all over the counter. When we checked we told the person at the front desk and she said the maintenance man was swamped. Nothing was written down so who cares.

Disappointing. They would not reduce price we paid at all

Could not take a shower. Something broke in the shower faucet and there was only HOT water. NO cold water at all

Hotel needs updates.
The location was convenient and the gentleman that checked us in was very nice.
Rooms were not very clean. The towels had stains on them and when taking a shower the water was slow to drain.

Nothing, they charged me twice and after I provided proof to the property and booking.com still have not been credited back. I have used booking.com multiple times and after this I refuse to use them again. It was shameful on both the property and booking.com
From the outside its looks like its shut down and out of business, middle of nowhere. A truck stop across the street thats currently closed due to renovations. Pool was dirty. Staff was rude.
