    I was so impressed with the staff. Every single person we encountered was so genuinely nice and helpful (the front desk staff and housekeeping especially). I will stay here any time I am in Watertown.

    A very disappointing last night of our vacation

    Beds were fine.

    Check-in was a disaster because the name should’ve been under Dave Anderson and booking.com put it in as Anderson Dave. The gal that checked us in was FDESK and she was very apologetic, actually too much. But she said she was new. She called her manager to get help. They could not find our confirmation number. When we finally got to our room, the heater wasn’t working so we asked to be put in another room. And finally when we woke up the next morning there were two baby cockroaches in the bathroom and when I moved my shoe there was one on the wall. I went down and told the gal working, BLAPOI, and showed her the roach in a Kleenex and she says sorry about that. What room number were you in? When we got home, we had to unload our clothes outside and we did have a cockroach, and hopefully it was only one. Travelers beware.
