Comfy bed, great location but unfortunately not clean

Location was ideal - close to Horse event

Not very clean. Bad smell coming from shower - there was a mouldy bath mat in the shower that was disgusting The shelf in the kitchen was very greasy

    Beautiful palace, very friendly owners.

About half an hour from Ballarat's town centre, it is literally in the middle of the countryside. The units seems to be brand new and very, very clean.

The unit definitely needs some sort of ventilation. We couldn't open the windows due the lack of mozzie screen. Also, despite the beautiful view, we couldn't really enjoy it from our room because the bed's right next to the window so we kept the curtains closed all the time. I believe if these two issues are fixed, Country Luxury would be an amazing place.
