    Perfect house and location for a family get together

    The location was excellent- lovely outlook & plenty of space for the grandkids to run around without disturbing anyone. In fact we had intended to spend Saturday at the coast but they asked if we could stay at the house. We did go to Filey the next day and we all enjoyed that too p

    There was nothing we disliked - we even got to grips with the Aga and became converts. It was perfect for our family get together

    Large place excellently kitted out. We lacked nothing.

    It was perfect for our stay 10 of us for my 80th birthday. James was a delight and we were all very happy with everything

    A family gathering of 3 generations to celebrate a 70th birthday .

    The property is huge and characterful in excellent enclosed grounds . There was everything on site that we needed . The photographs don’t do it justice .
