The staff was super friendly and did whatever we asked to make our stay comfortable. They also arranged a driver to take us to Furong and all parks in Zhangjiajie, which allowed us to see everything in the time we had in the city
The breakfast was barely the same in the three nights we stayed.

Localisation incroyable (5 minutes en voiture de la porte sud) et hôtel original et confortable. Quelques traces d’humidité dans la chambre mais la prestation et surtout le personnel sont exceptionnels
Quelques traces d’humidité et peut être la salle de restauration pas suffisante quand l’hôtel est bien rempli

Très bel emplacement, joli décoration de l’hôtel, joli jardin, bonne restauration, personnel très aimable
Quelques couacs au niveau du service à la hauteur pour une clientèle internationale. Notamment au niveau du service de restauration où le service est très long. De même nous avions commandé un transfert vers la gare vers 5h30 du matin et cela n’a pas été honoré. Nous avons été obligé de nous débrouiller par nod propres moyens. Par contre la direction a très bien réagi après pour se faire pardonner.

We really enjoy it. Perfections does not exist. It was a great stay
The location and food was acceptable
Maybe too many lights and curtains controls in different locations. It is just a matter of getting use to it. The AC was difficult to set it up at a desirable temperature
