No AC, lovely gardens, friendly staff
The hotel itself was very well maintained, with lovely decor and a beautiful garden area. The staff were very friendly, the surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, and the hotel restaurant was nice. Its proximity to the Therme Spa was also a big plus.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning really put a damper on our overall experience. The rooms were unbearably hot, and the AC seemed to make little to no difference. Our only option was to open the windows, which meant dealing with lots of insects, including mosquitoes, coming into the room. We initially stayed in a junior suite but ended up moving to a standard double room, only to experience exactly the same problem. It appears that the hotel uses a centralised air-conditioning system that is only set to cool during the summer months. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect effective air conditioning in every room, particularly when guests are paying for a comfortable stay. It was disappointing that something so fundamental had such a significant impact on our experience. The shower also flooded in our double room, but we were checking out the next day so we did not inform the staff. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, but I would strongly advise future guests to be aware of the air-conditioning situation before booking, especially if visiting outside the peak summer season. The building is older which adds to its charm, however the facilities need a major upgrade

Totul este frumos aranjat și gândit până la cel mai mic detaliu pentru a ne bucura de această minivacanță de relaxare. Mobilier de calitate, design interior excepțional, amabilitatea personalului, grădina exterioară cu flori și diverși arbori și arbuști, a fost o încântare. Partea de SPA oferă servicii diverse pentru o relaxare binevenită. Mic dejun diversificat, servicii de restaurant de excepție, plăcintele de casă savuroase.
Deserturile din meniu necesită îmbunătățire.
