מיקום מעולה, קרוב לים, לנמל, לירקון , לרחובות השוקקים. דירה מרווחת, מצוידת ומעוצבת בצורה מקצועית מאוד. מטבח מלא בכל מה שצריך, ואפילו היו בדירה כלים למשחק בחול בים, שעשו לקטן שלנו את היום.
אין חניה והחניונים יקרים. חניון 5 דקות הליכה משם, חמישי בערב עד שבת בצהריים - עלה 480₪. עלייה של קומה-שתיים ברגל, פחות נוח עם עגלה ותינוק ישן אבל לא סוף העולם. דירה עורפית, אז אמנם אין כמעט רעש מהרחוב, אבל כל החלונות פונים לבתים הצמודים (יש תריסים ומזגנים).

L’emplacement La surface La gentillesse et la réactivité des loueurs
-Le bruit des climatiseurs extérieur, du restaurant et autres logements, dans les chambres. J’étais obligé de dormir avec « des boules Quies » dans les oreilles -Dans une des chambres un des matelas est inadapté au sommier - La serrure de la porte d’entrée était obsolète.Deux soirs de suite nous n’avons pas pu fermer la porte et sortir !!
