This was an amazing experience for us as we shared the home with 2 other couples and we had our 2 teenage sons with us. There was plenty of space and activities for everyone to do without overcrowding an area or being in each other's way. Everything was very clean and well kept. Plenty of kitchen utensils provided which was very helpful. Seeing a floor layout of house before renting definitely helps a lot. It was nice that each room had a bathroom in it and another 2 bathrooms in the downstairs common area were very handy. I will say that although it sleeps 10 people, 2 would have to sleep on the pull out sofa in the upstairs loft area which would mean very little if any privacy for those guests. I recommend no more than 8 unless you are planning on sleeping 3 children in one of the 4 king size beds. Overall it was a great place to stay and was not too far from the major attractions in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and surrounding areas.
