A peaceful apartment in a great location.
This is a comfortable apartment, in a great location, within easy walking distance of the centre of York. It is very quiet, which ensures a good nights sleep and the parking space was much appreciated.
The sofa wasn’t very comfortable.

Well located flat within a quiet elegant block
Excellent location near the medieval walls of York. Quiet and well furnished. Parking space and very clean
Minor points - the pillows were a bit foamy and uncomfortable. The shower was weak. No instructions for oven

Great apartment
The apartment was in a perfect position and a few minutes walk to town centre. The bed was very comfortable so we had very good sleep for the two weeks we stayed. Lovely large sofa and plenty of dining facilities. We hope to return again next year.

Certainly not luxury as advertised and not worth the amount charged. We have more photos if required.
The location
Corridor: smells of cigarette smoke Door lock: very stiff, problem getting key in lock / got arthritis in hand Garden full of weeds and rusty furniture/ you couldn’t sit out in it if the weather was nice Cobwebs No instructions for storage heaters. Dirty: cooker hood and knobs/remote controls/dusty bedroom window sill and fake plant dust/ dirty drainer, had to wash it before using/ coffee granules on worktop by kettle ( we hadn’t even made a drink) Fridge: light does not work/shelf broken & held together with brown parcel tape! Big lump of ice in the bottom. One hand towel for two people for a week (we know it says that in the website, but seem stingy) Towel rail switch blanked off, so unable to dry towels Bathroom: extractor doesn’t work/no window to open Storage: lack of drawers to keep jumpers, t. shirts etc. No wardrobe, hanging rail too low to accommodate dresses. Had to live out of a suitcase.
