    Everything was great. When I heard the bears are looking for trash to eat. And also we heard shot 2 times, the man is yelling to them and said get out from here. We're sitting at the porch. And scared me to death. Because the porch doesn't have locks. Must be. I didn't asleep all night. Checking door and porch waiting for the morning come, so I can get out from there.

    The description online was not accurate. We were only inside for about 30 minutes, explain the situation and we’re force

    It was nicely decorated. It was clean and well stocked. The bathroom was spacious.

    The description on booking was not accurate. After I brought that to her attention and requested to cancel, she updated the description on booking, but would only book a small portion of our reservation. I contacted her several times and attempts to work with her but she refused to credit the full amount. Instead, she came back with a comment that she found something on the floor upstairs and accused me of speaking a mistruth. I explained to her that my boyfriend had gone upstairs, but I was unable, and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. I contacted Booking.com Support several times, but was unable to get any resolution and then went back again to the property in an attempt to work with them directly to no avail.
