Overall everything was good. Clean, easy to access. Just wish I wasnt kept up most of the night.

I do truly enjoy how clean this hotel always is. It is my go to typically in this area.

Unfortunately, one issue really impacted our stay. In the middle of the night, there was a loud argument/fight happening in the room next to us that continued from roughly 1:00 a.m. until 2:30 a.m. We called the front desk twice to report the situation. I even saw someone come upstairs after the first call, but nothing appeared to be addressed, and the noise continued. It was very frustrating to be kept awake for that long, especially after bringing the issue to the hotel’s attention more than once. Overall, this definitely put a damper on what otherwise could have been a pleasant stay. I would hope that in the future, situations like this would be handled more promptly to ensure guests can enjoy a quiet and comfortable night.

    terrible

we got in late around 10pm with our daughter and son in law with 3 kids so we were under construction ,just wanted a good nights sleep .We had connecting rooms and were woke up by a saw that was being used on the room above the two rooms we had at 830am .We were all rudely awakened and I called front desk to complain and have who ever was working on the room or rooms above us all to stop working.that did not help and I called again told them we have 4 adults and 3 small grandkids that need to sleep and to stop whoever was above us.Well finally I asked to have who was in charge call me back .Amy called back and said there was a sign in the Lobby that they were having work done and they start at 830am well there was no sign ,,,we all checked Amy was very rude to me and I explained we came in late the night before and we needed it to be quiet!I told her to have the workers stop there renovation and work on a different room or something we needed to sleep needless to say she said there is a sign in the Lobby.I told her I did not want any charges put on my visa till I came down to speak with her.She then called the police on me and told them I was going to punch her so 2 cops show up at my hotel door and told me We all needed to leave or they were going to charge me with trespassing and a threat to Amy and I told them I never said that and the police confirmed with me that I didn't say that but we still needed to leave immediately !I cant believe 3 police cars showed up and wasted there time because she told dispatch that I threatened her ...All of us heard what I said to her on the phone and was completely a Lie !the police ran my drivers license and asked everyone what was said and even my 3 granddaughters ages 11,9,9 ages said Never said that to her.Long story but we left and when my visa statement came sure enough she charged my visa for both rooms 187.11 each room I will be calling my visa company and have the charges disputed asap.We can not believe she told this false story to the Police never lie,,,we had to explain to our grandkids not to ever call police and report a lie.Very unhappy we were on a 10 day trip thru PA with the family and have never been treated this way by anybody! She had to right to make a false statement! The police agreed with us and found out thats what she told them, they knew she was lying!

    Danny needs costumer service training.

    I like the location

I didn't like the fact that Danny ignores us at the front desk. We were there in front of him to check in,he just turned open his office door without saying a word. Until someone came out and told him you have someone waiting for you. He saw us at the first place and just walk off. DANNY needs costumer service training and I took it as a racist move. Also they are doing renovation, at some time you listen big noise from other rooms they are repairing.
