    Great stay, bad pet policy

    Great amenities

    The non-refundable $100 pet fee. Most hotels charge 25-35 dollars. This should be stated more clearly. Our small 13 lb dogs travels with us on most outings so we had no choice but to pay this fee.

    i place the fault on the hotel and their relationship with Booking.com

    Courtyard By Marriott Baltimore Hunt Valley did not honor my reservation on Booking and sold my room to someone else. The staff could not provide a double bed room, causing us to fit into 1 kingsize, no couch. We 3 arrived late and tired without other options-horrible night
