The night time staff was so friendly and helpful. Aurora and Nicole are the only reason im giving 3 stars instead of 2. They were amazing. The beds were very comfortable as well

The elevators have apparently been down for a month and we were never notified. The televisions in the rooms dont work. The morning staff are extremely unprofessional. They gave us dining coupons because of the elevator and TV issues only to have the staff not show up TWO times in a matter of 3 days so we couldn't even use the coupons because no one showed up for the bistro restaurant

Internet was out of serve and so was the elevator they didn’t offer discount .I tried to get another hotel but there was nothing in the area and it was for a Birthday Party so I was in a bind so we just stayed there.

Property is good Kids use the pool. It was OK.
