A highly overpriced hotel with serious security concerns, poor amenities, disappointing food, and unprofessional, unhelp
It was clean.
Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment, particularly when it came to safety and security. The most concerning issue was that someone could access our room’s balcony from another terrace using a chair and potentially enter our room. This raised serious concerns about the hotel’s security measures. Feeling safe should be the most basic expectation when staying at a hotel, and this was simply unacceptable. The in-room amenities were also far below expectations. There was no coffee machine, and basic items such as proper-quality towels, slippers, and bathrobes were either missing or of very poor quality. For a hotel charging these rates, the lack of basic comfort and attention to detail was disappointing. The location was not particularly central either, especially compared to other hotels in better locations that offered more competitive prices. The overall experience simply did not justify the price. Since we were unable to make it to breakfast, we had an omelette at the lobby bar instead. Both the quality and presentation were extremely poor, while the price was outrageously high for what was offered. It was difficult to understand how such a basic dish could be served at such a low standard and at such an excessive price. To make matters worse, the staff were neither helpful nor solution-oriented. We encountered a cold, indifferent attitude rather than genuine hospitality or any real effort to address our concerns. The lack of professionalism and willingness to help made an already disappointing stay even worse. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even the basic expectations in terms of safety, room comfort, food quality, and service. The security issue was by far the most serious concern and should not be overlooked. Considering the high prices and the poor quality of the overall experience, I would not recommend this hotel. It was certainly not worth the money.

Из плюсов хороший бассейн с подогревом
Забронировал мариот, а это какой-то другой отель, 373 бакса ночь получилась, хотя я мог на других сайтах в 2 раза дешевле забронировать тоже самое. Шумно, и он недостороен.
