    it was clear that the hotel is not sufficiently staffed for the amount of guests staying there this past weekend. However the staff who were there were extremely courteous and helpful. Our room was dreary with bare walls and limited lighting. I’m assuming that’s because we were placed in a handicap room; however I also assume that disabled people appreciate lighting and decor as much as anyone else so you might want to consider sprucing the room up.

    The location for why I was there was superb. The hotel and the room appeared clean, the room didn't reek of cigarettes. Although we didn't use the bistro or get breakfast but we were grateful that it was an option. What we were really super happy about is the little market by the check in desk. We were also grateful that an ice machine and microwave was available on the same floor. So I'd say we were pretty much satisfied and would stay again.

    The only reason I couldn't give an excellent or a 10 out of 10, our bed was flipped the wrong way so the TV technically was to our side so we had to lie in bed with our head turned to the left the whole time if we wanted to watch TV. The TV is usually on the wall facing the foot of the bed. So it was quite inconvenient to watch TV.
