    Great facilities and staff, good location. Parking is a rip off.

    Great facilities and one of the best fried chicken dishes I’ve ever had.

    Our room was changed from king bed to two queen beds. Also parking is way too expensive.

    Not a Pet-Friendly Experience!!

    I don't recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with pets. My experience was disappointing. At check-in, the staff never mentioned the pet agreement or asked me to sign it. The next day, I received a call from Austin asking me to return and sign the paperwork, which should have been handled during check-in. If the pet agreement is required, it should be presented when guests arrive not after they've already checked in. The process was inconvenient and did not make the hotel feel pet-friendly.

    It was good overall.

    Staff were helpful and close waking distance to restaurants and shops.

    The balcony was nice, but the street noise was very loud in the morning.
