Excellent stay that was clean and relaxing.
It was very clean and the staff was really nice. The location is great for getting to the aquarium, imax 3d theatre, children’s museum and restaurants.

Good location for our overnight stay downtown
Room was comfortable, clean and spacious with easy access to the river.
We were in a room above the courtyard firepit which was popular on the night we stayed. By 11.30PM I could no longer ignore the noise from the courtyard so we called the front desk and were told that quiet time started at 11pm which begs the question, why were those rules not enforced without me having to call down? Anyhow it was resolved and I was able to get to sleep. Parking was $20 (not $18 as listed in booking.com)

Nice location.
It is right at DownTown Chattanooga. Across the street from the Children’s museum, a block away from Tennessee Aquarium and River front
1. May be I have missed it, there is a $20 parking fees for this property. And the parking garage is about 100 ft BEFORE the hotel, so by the time you check-in, you will get a parking pass from the hotel (if you pay the $20). You have to offload all your luggage get the parking pass, drive the car around 1 block (turning right 4 times, to get to the parking garage. 2. This is probably have to do with expectation. We purchased the breakfast coupon, and expect a buffet breakfast. But breakfast is served at the “Bistro”. When everyone has to line up and order their food. The food is fresh and delicious. But each person is entitled to 1 entree, and no seconds.

It was mediocre
I did not like the fact that I was not told I had to pay to park before I booked the hotel and also did not get told about a deposit that was charged after I was charged for my room and the parking garage is very unacceptable to luggage or any items that you need out of your vehicle while staying, in the incidental charge that was charged to my account after I got there I was told it this morning when I left checking out that it was non-refundable but whenever it was charged to my account I was told it was refundable
