    Booking.com never issue the refund.

    UPDATE: Booking.com has issued the refund. No issues with the property or staff. Upon arrival they were experiencing a plumbing issue and offered many options, but in the end we decided to stay at another Marriot down the street. The staff was confident that they could issue a refund but said to call the next day to speak with a manager. I did so and the manager said that it was not a problem and a refund would be issued right away but could speak to how long booking.com would take. To date I have not received the refund from booking.com. So this is really a complaint about booking.com and will be the last time we use it. Essentially the property lost, I lost, and booking.com made money. Seems like theft.

    Location good but AC unit was very loud and a problem for us

    I like the balcony, however it was too hot to use it, so it was a waste of an upgrade for me. The staff were nice and hotel was clean. Walkability to the beach was a feature.

    The old fashion AC unit below the window was exceptionally noisy and was a problem for us and prevented a good sleep.
