    I was disappointed and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

    The staff was kind, professional and accommodating.

    The first room was spacious but the deadbolt on the door was inoperable. When I notified the clerk he stated that he didn’t think the deadbolts on any of the doors work. Unacceptable. He switched the room and sure enough the deadbolt was inoperable on that door as well. What is the purpose of having a dual security system on the doors then not ensuring they both work properly. Why did the staff know about the security and not advise the guests upon check-in. UNACCEPTABLE. Additionally, the lounge area in the lobby was dirty. The furniture was stained and the floor had not been vacuumed. Not the best experience, especially for what I paid.
